5 Tablespoons Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 2-3 Heaping Tablespoons Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Protein Powder 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Coco Powder Sprinkle of salt Directions:
