So what is Focus T25? This Challenge is 10 weeks long, which is amazing because it gives you time to see major results! You get to experience how much progress you can make with only a 25 minute workout 5 days a week.
The Details
This Challenge is comprised of 2 5-week blocks, Alpha and Beta. You can think of these workouts as being similar to Insanity, but condensed to give you one 25 minute power workout! There is less rest time during the workout, but this gives you more time to do the things you need to throughout your day!

The Meal Plan
They say abs are made in the kitchen, which I believe is 100% true. You could work your abs all day long but if you're still eating fried chicken, pizza and ice cream everyday, you may never see the definition in your abs that you're looking for. With that being said, Shaun T certainly does not ignore the eating aspect of this challenge. He provides you with various meal plan options to help you see the results you are looking for!

The harder you push yourself the better results you'll see. So when there are 5 minutes left and you just wanna turn off the TV and be done with the workout.. DON'T DO IT! Finish those last 5 minutes with the same energy you had in the beginning of the workout. I promise you, it'll pay off!
