Sometimes we just need a good kick in the butt to get us started, passed a plateau or just further along in our fitness journey.
The 21 Day Fix Extreme is a tweaked version of the regular 21 Day Fix, but as you guessed ... it's more intense. The meal plan is a bit stricter and the workouts will really kick you into shape! That's what we all want anyways, right?
The Meal Plan
With the 21 Day Fix Extreme you will receive those color coded containers (the same ones as the 21 Day Fix) as well as a guide on how many you should use of each. This plan provides you with two meal plan paths to follow, depending on your ultimate goals. To help you reach your goals quicker, the meal plans don't include those little indulgences such as chocolate and wine, like the regular 21 Day Fix does.... just wanted to give you a heads up!
Another amazing component of this 21 Day Fix Challenge is SHAKEOLOGY! If you haven't heard of Shakeology, you are seriously missing out... and I'm not even kidding. Shakeology comes in multiple flavors as well as REGULAR and VEGAN! It packs in the majority of your daily required nutrients and vitamins, literally making this the HEALTHIEST meal of the day! What's awesome, is that is for some ridiculously odd reason you aren't happy with the results of Shakeology, you can send it back! But I really doubt that you won't LOVE it and crave it in the morning! Plus there are so many fun recipes to use with your Shakeology that you won't ever get bored!
The Workouts
These workouts are an EXTREME version of the regular 30 minute 21 Day Fix workouts. These workouts will really keep your heart rate pumping and that fat dripping off!
I LOVE that these workouts are completed in the privacy and convince of your own home ... and are completed in less time than it takes to do a load of laundry. How does that sound?
Just like with the regular 21 Day Fix, these workouts also have modifiers, just in case you aren't ready for the full version of the workouts!

The Results (what can you expect?)
So, as with anything in life the more effort you put in the better results you will get. That being said... if you follow the meal pan (where you get to pick your own foods!!) and do your workouts everyday and give it your all, you can expect to see some pretty awesome results!
**Also, since the meal plan is a bit stricter and the workouts are tougher, you can expect to see better results than you would if you were to complete the regular 21 Day FIx.**
Everyone's body is different so I have absolutely no way of guaranteeing that you will lose 1,000,000 pounds in 21 days... but I can tell you that the usual weight loss range is somewhere between 5-15 pounds. Those that were on the lower end of the scale most likely didn't have as much to lose as those on the higher side of the scale, but the results of someone else has no effect on the potential you have!
So, with all of that being said... I challenge you to take the 21 Day Fix Extreme Challenge and see what you can achieve when you give it your all!
