Another amazing component of this 21 Day Fix Challenge is SHAKEOLOGY! If you haven't heard of Shakeology, you are seriously missing out... and I'm not even kidding. Shakeology comes in multiple flavors as well as REGULAR and VEGAN! It packs in the majority of your daily required nutrients and vitamins, literally making this the HEALTHIEST meal of the day! What's awesome, is that is for some ridiculously odd reason you aren't happy with the results of Shakeology, you can send it back! But I really doubt that you won't LOVE it and crave it in the morning! Plus there are so many fun recipes to use with your Shakeology that you won't ever get bored!
The Workouts
Like I said before, this challenge incorporates 30 minutes workouts into your daily routine! I'm sure we can all find an extra 30 minutes in our day to get a workout in that will help us get closer to our goals and keep up healthy and happy!
What's amazing and I love since I live in the middle of no-where and it takes 30 minutes to get to the gym... is the fact that all of these workouts can be done at home! Literally right in front of the TV that I sit my booty down in every single day! And the workouts are never exactly the same, they keep your body guessing, which keeps your body burning!
Also, these workouts are for almost ANY FITNESS LEVEL! There are modifiers in each of the workouts just in case you aren't at the level they are working out at.. just yet anyways! You'll get there soon if you're not there already!

Everyone's body is different so I have absolutely no way of guaranteeing that you will lose 1,000,000 pounds in 21 days... but I can tell you that the usual weight loss range is somewhere between 5-15 pounds. Those that were on the lower end of the scale most likely didn't have as much to lose as those on the higher side of the scale, but the results of someone else has no effect on the potential you have!
