I honestly feel like one of the most important parts of weight loss/maintaining a healthy lifestyle is support. We often forget how beneficial it can be to have people who have a common goal as us and understand the struggles of trying to reach our personal fitness goals while still having to participate in our normal lives!
The more people I interact with the more likely I am to stick to my routine and the closer I get to reaching my fitness goals. I mean come on, you can't tell me your significant other hasn't tempted you with chocolate cake or cookies when you're "on a diet". It can be really tough to say no, but over time I've gotten close with a few girls who I will text when I'm trying to convince myself that I don't need a treat right then and they are always so supportive and encouraging!
So, regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, I want to be your fitness buddy! I love mutual encouragement and support and I really think it might be the one thing you are missing right now!
